Message	I emailed the guy and asked about import costs and legalizing it. This was his response: It is possible to make it pass all DOT and EPA tests, we will make these changes for the winning bidder at no extra charge. This procedure and the modifications is the reason for the price being fairly high. Thanks for your interest. We guarantee that our cars will be street legal or you get your money back.
